  2. Check out past exam papers and model answers at http://www.accaglobal.com/students/acca/exams/
  3. Make sure your details are correct on your exam docket (contact ACCA Connect if not) and remember to take your exam docket with you to the exam centre
  4. Remember to take your student registration card to the exam centre too
  5. Plan your journey to the exam centre
  6. Take all the equipment you need to take the exams
  7. Read the question thoroughly
  8. Plan your answers and allocate time according to the number of marks for each question
  9. Show all your workings and calculations
  10. Remain calm and think positively.

Oh yeah, my sister kept bugging me to install The Sims 2 a few weeks ago, so I installed for her. I saw her building nice houses the other day, made me wanna build one for myself too. So I joined in.

For me, I play The Sims is for the sake of generating my own creativity, and not for the sake of playing GOD. Lol~ I wanted to buy The Sims 3, but my computer is too outdated, can't support the requirements, therefore can't install. T-T It's time to get a new PC. Hehe~

WORLD PEACE!

Greetings people! It's been long since I cared about this blog, so since I have a week off, I'll update a few posts before I bury myself into the pile of books again. =[

Okay, why Staying Up Late? I've been sleeping for only 4 hours a day, for 3 weeks, before the Mock examinations. Yeah, quite a hectic period. I can't survive the day without coffees. Don't worry, I'm not addicted to them YET. So, yeah, 4 hours of sleep is like Staying Up Late, I did not spend the night stargazing, okay? It's intensive studying - Hell style.

I'm so glad that the Mock exams are over now, finally get the chance to experience 10 hours of sleep again =P.

Though, I know I will still get average results from all the intensive studying, but who cares, at least I've tried, right? Everyone has only one life to live and I'm not going to waste it without trying my best to achieve my goals.

I've been sticking some 'coercive' quotes around so to remind me to study and never waste anymore time. Sadly, those sticky notes does not help at all...So back to the basics of forward scheduling~~~









Okay, I owed many of my friends details about my college life, they've been asking 'how are you doing?' and I always replied them 'I'm fine, thanks'. I know, to them, 'I'm fine, thanks' was merely an answer. So here it goes:


Well, I finally get to know my classmates better, most of them are REALLY REALLY funny and playful at times. This has brought our classmates more closer to one and another.

The gang of boys in my class can joke forever on one topic and they never know when to stop! Haha! It's funny when we use accounting terms to make jokes. You'll never know what quality of jokes you will get in the end. Even the lecturers are laughing together with us!

Mr. Jana, our T6 lecturer is a skillful lecturer and also a funny clown! (No offense)
He jokes almost every 5 minutes and never failed to bring the audience to laughter. He has almost 100 students in the lecture hall and never failed to bring attention from all the students. Occasionally, he'll ask some students to perform up on the stage and makes us laugh like there's no tomorrow.


A very honorable lecturer indeed.

So far, all the lecturers in my course are off the highest quality, providing us with more than just knowledge, and I appreciate them a lot. Though, some of the lecturers only teach us 'how' but never explain 'why', causing uncertainties in each and every students... But they do provide A LOT of exercises.

I had some outings with my college friends too. We celebrated birthdays every month without failing =P. Once, we had a 5 hours break, so we decided to go to Asia Cafe near Taylors' College for the sake of 'getting-bored-with-the-food-around-let's-try-something-new'.


We had many weird experiences while eating outside the campus. Once, my friend told the waiter: "Mee Goreng, no veggies, no onions, and no chicken." Basically she wants only the noddles, and not the ingredients. So the receipt came out together with the descriptions as shown below:

Another time, my friend was so bored, he started connecting the straws together and telling us 'this is debit, and this is credit'. We laughed so badly that day! Accountants gone mad~~~

As you all know, we accountants must be good at counting money, right? We must also good at using money right? I mean it literally:





We did that because we've got nothing else to do! =P Accountants gone mad~~~

I still meet up with SMKTD friends who are now studying in Sunway University College. I'll always meet up with Hoe Yan and Hey Herng at the foyer; Wai Chyi, Fion and Maxine in the library. Had lunch with Yoong Chieh a few times...

Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?

Though it's nice to meet new friends, but I still miss 5sc1 a lot! The way my college classmates study is so much different from the way we (5sc1) used to study. Although they are very friendly, I just can't communicate with them as well as to the friends from 5sc1. But I will try my best to cope with them.

Well, that's basically what I've been up to. I've minused all the studying details because you guys might find it bored. Otherwise, my life is simply nice and I'm very happy about it!

First of all, sorry for the lack of updates...It's been 2 months since I've updated.

I was SUPER BUSY with my college works.

Now I can't even differentiate my weekends and weekdays -.-

Anyway, I've promised Patrick an update last Saturday, but I couldn't think of anything to write. CAT is taking my life away~~~

So...yeah...here's an update.

I had one whole month of holidays and I've accomplished nothing!! o_o

These are what I've planned to do on my holidays:

1) Find a part-time job.
2) Learn to cook.
3) Update blog more often.
4) Read some storybooks.
5) Watch The Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen

AND these are what I've done during the holidays:

1) Read The Kite Runner.
2) Read Marley and Me.
3) Resumed Rebirth Ragnarok Online(RRO).
4) Facebooked day and night.
5) Slept late.
6) Let my brain rotted.
7) Read other people's blog.
8) Did a very very long survey from ACCA thru internet. (Too bored!)

How cool is that! I'm impressed with the guy who came out with this gadget. This gadget combines almost everything! Can you imagine our kids using gadgets like that tomorrow?

Everyday, people come out with extraordinary ideas of technologies and gadgets. Now, owning a handphone is not a big deal, but owning an iPhone or a Blackberry is a very BIG deal.

With the creative designs and innovative minds, human tend to follow the trend of having the latest and newest gadgets, while the old ones left untouched and to be forgotten...
